The Cranberry Isles Realty Trust (CIRT) is a non-profit housing organization serving the communities of the Town of Cranberry Isles . We help bring individuals and families to the islands to sustain the critical year-round community. CIRT currently manages three rental properties and holds affordability covenants on one year-round home. We are also in the process of developing a Five-year Plan to guide the organization as it expands to meet the growing demand for housing on the islands.
